The Director of Tourism has entrusted the responsibility of maintaining cleanliness at Calangute Beach (from Bandodkar Statue onwards) and Baga Beach to the Village Panchayat Calangute.
Dedicated teams — comprising a supervisor and two workers at each site — will now ensure regular cleaning and upkeep of these key coastal areas. 🧹🌿
This marks a significant step towards preserving the beauty, hygiene, and sustainability of our most visited beaches.
