The Village Panchayat Calangute has officially added the Vermeer BC1200XL wood chipper to its fleet, strengthening its environmental and waste management efforts. The inauguration, held below the Calangute Panchayat Community Hall, was led by Sarpanch Shri Joseph Sequeira and Deputy Sarpanch Smt. Anny Fernandes, with participation from Comunidade officials, Biodiversity representatives, and local citizens. This green initiative marks another milestone in creating a cleaner and more sustainable Calangute.
